It is important for us to communicate with each other especially since we are in the engineering industry which things can only be done effectively as a team. Without great communication in the team may cause many mistakes and work less effectively which we would like to avoid from having this kind of situation. We have to communicate with clients outside which portrays the image of the company hence we have to master our communication skills before we ever enter the workforce and treat it as an advantage for us.
